Aya Locums is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum opportunity at a busy academic medical center in Ohio. This position offers a broad range of surgical and procedural experiences, flexible scheduling options, and a collaborative medically directed anesthesia care team.

Position Highlights

• Shift Options: 10-, 12-, 13-, and 14-hour shifts
• Schedule: Flexible weekly scheduling based on operational needs

• Care Model: Medically directed anesthesia team with physician-to-CRNA ratios of 1:2 or 1:3

Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing CRNA; new graduates will not be considered.
• Strong general anesthesia skills.
• Moderate to high experience preferred in neuro, urology, ENT, endoscopy, and arterial line placement.
• Experience with vascular, thoracic, trauma, burns, ophthalmology, and kidney/pancreas transplants is preferred at varying proficiency levels.
• Central line experience is not required.
• Must be comfortable working within a medically directed anesthesia care team.
• OB, open-heart, pain management, nerve block, neuraxial, neonatal, and pediatric experience are not required.

Flexible Scheduling
Weekly schedules will be developed around operational needs, with flexibility to discuss preferred scheduling patterns. Candidates should share their desired number of hours per week to explore available options.
