CRNA Needed | Oklahoma
A large hospital-based anesthesia program in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking multiple CRNAs for ongoing locum coverage. This is a flexible, team-based environment offering multiple shift options, no required call, and competitive compensation with travel support.

Assignment Details
Location: Tulsa, OK
Start Date: January 2026
End Date: July 2026 (ongoing potential)
Providers Needed: 4 CRNAs
Commitment: Minimum 3-month commitment

Shift Guarantees: 10-hour or 12-hour guarantee
Full-time preferred (4 weeks/month)
Part-time accepted (1–3 weeks/month)

No call required
Optional call available (weeknights/weekends)
CRNA is 1st call

No Post-call day off required
Call rotation approximately 1:8, depending on staffing

Requirements
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
Active Oklahoma license preferred
Oklahoma DEA and BNDD preferred
Compact license accepted with willingness to obtain Oklahoma license
Ability to obtain Oklahoma DEA and BNDD

Must hold:
BLS
ACLS
PALS
Credentialing may begin while licensing is in progress; however, an active Oklahoma license, DEA, and BNDD are required prior to final medical staff approval.

Credentialing
Approximately 4 weeks
Expedited processing available with a clean file

Compensation
$220/hr – Full-time (4 weeks/month; minimum 4x10s or 3x12s weekly)
$210/hr – Part-time (1–3 weeks/month)
Overtime paid for hours worked beyond scheduled shifts

Travel & Lodging
Full-time: Roundtrip flight, rental car, and lodging OR mileage reimbursement + lodging
Part-time: Mileage reimbursement or rental car + lodging
