Locum CRNA needed in South Central OK, starting February 1, 2026 ongoing

Job description

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–3p — No Nights or Weekends
• Assignment: Full-time ongoing, starting 2/1/2026
• Supervision Model: Medically Supervised; must be comfortable working autonomously
• Cases: Bread & Butter, OB, Ortho, GI; no hearts or heads
• License/Certifications: Active OK license, DEA/OBNDD required; clean file
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing Timeline: 6 weeks
• Travel & Lodging: Provided; mileage included (no air or rental car)
• Alternate Schedules: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off may be considered
