Start: April/May

13-week assignment

Schedule: 7a-3p or call shift 7a-7a

Work Details:
· Department Description: General, ENT, uro, ortho. Collaborative care team model.
· EMR: EPIC

·Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and Lodging

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active OK license required
· Minimum Experience Required: Experience preferred, willing to train

Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
