📍 Position Details:
• Location: La Grande, OR
• Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
• Assignment Dates: 5/4/26 – 5/29/26
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia department
• Coverage Type: Scheduled coverage
• Schedule/Shift Details:
– 4 × 10-hour shifts per week

📋 Call Details:
• Call Ratio: Possibly 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month
• Requirement: Must be proficient in OB if taking call

🩺 Clinical Details:
• Patient Population: Adults and healthy pediatric patients
• EMR: Epic

• Required Skills & Procedures:
– Spinals
– OB & Epidurals
– Endoscopy
– Peripheral nerve blocks
– Ultrasound-guided procedures
– PICC line experience preferred (not required)

• Case Mix:
– Orthopedics
– General Surgery
– Podiatry
– ENT
– Healthy Pediatrics
– Urology
– OB/GYN
– Occasional Endoscopy

• Not Required:
– Heads
– Hearts
– Spine

📋 Requirements:
• Board Certification: NBCRNA required
• State License: Active Oregon CRNA license
• DEA: Preferred
• Accepting New Grads: Yes
