Locum CRNA Needed in Beautiful Northeastern Oregon

Start date: As soon as credentialed
schedule commitment: We have some limited availability coming up but are open to a two week on/two week off arrangement more immediately or in the near future. We are currently using casuals to fill our immediate needs but would love to have something more long term.
Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend depending on permanent recruitment
Schedule: 4x10 hr shifts. 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. OR case days are Tuesday and Thursday. On Monday and Wednesday there are cases scheduled for ESI, pain management, etc. - depending on what the CRNA is privileged for. During the two weeks, the CRNA is on call for OB, trauma, emergency surgery needs and will need to be able to report to hospital in 20 minutes.•CRNA's work solo model.
Is there a minimum number of shifts per week you’d be looking for? - The OR is open Monday-Thursday so four shifts but the CRNA will be on call for the two weeks.

We need to have a candidate that can do both surgery and OB.

Specific Requirements: Prefer CRNAs that can do ESI injections, pain mgmt
travel covered - yes, see lodging cap
OT after 40 hours
