• Completion Bonus: $20,000 for 520 hours worked within 17 weeks
• Start: ASAP
• Assignment: Ongoing
• Location: Near North York, PA
• License: PA preferred, open to providers needing to obtain license
• Shift Type: 8 hour shifts
• Schedule: Ideally Monday through Friday
• Regular Hours: Required
• OT: None
• Cases: General only
• OB: No
• Practice Model: Care team
• Supervision: MDs supervising CRNAs
• CRNA to MD Ratio: 4 to 1
• MDs Doing Own Cases: Yes
• Anesthesia Rooms: 7
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 75 days
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
