Job description

• Schedule: 8- or 10-hour shifts — Regular hours required; No OT; No Call
• Assignment: Ongoing
• Cases: Cardiac
• Candidate Requirements: Cardiac-capable CRNA; Board Certification or Fellowship required; Must have TN license (candidates needing license not accepted)
• Supervision Model: MDs supervising CRNAs (5 CRNAs to 1 MD); MDs do not do their own cases
• Site Charting System: Cerner
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 18
• Other Notes: Candidate must be flexible and willing to work at both hospital systems
• Credentialing Timeline: 60 days
• Completion Bonus: $15,000 after 520 hours / 13 weeks
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
