Job description

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week (40 hours/week) — No Call
• Assignment Length: 6 months with possibility of extension
• Supervision Model: Medical Direction
• Cases: General, Ortho, Vascular, Gynecology, GI
• Blocks/Spinals/Epidurals: Not required
• License/Certifications: TX license required; ACLS; Board Certified
• Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
