Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Start: ASAP after credentialing
Shift: Days, 7-5 ideally, may consider 7-7. Full time coverage. M and F are priority days.
Model: CRNAs are supervised
Experience: Need 1 year experience
Cases:All types - GYN, OB, neuro, general. No peds no hearts, no ENT.
EMR: Epic
Travel / Lodging: Stipend Covered
Must live at least 60 miles away from facility
