What your week actually looks like
The group staffs about 10 CRNAs during the day across several shift lengths, so there’s more scheduling variety here than a standard 5×8 assignment. Your regular cases don't include OB or Cardiac, with only a small amount of healthy pediatric ENT, but they do need flexibility from the locums team—particularly with scheduling, backup call, and weekend coverage. The care-team model normally stays around 1:3 and won't exceed 1:4.
- 8-, 10-, 12- and 16-hour shifts available
- 1:3 care-team model; no more than 1:4
- No OB or cardiac; limited healthy pediatric ENT
