• $225/hr all-inclusive
• 8s, 10s & 12s available — emphasis on 12s
• Monday–Friday
• NO call | NO nights | NO weekends
• 3 weeks/month minimum preferred
• 3-month commitment ideal; longer-term preferred
• Adults only
• Level 3 Trauma hospital
• Care Team model
• Heavy Ortho & Spine
• Regional blocks required
• No OB / No Cardiac
• Epic EMR
• New grads welcome

Requirements:
• Active Texas CRNA license
• Clean file required
• Temporary privileges may be requested to meet the 10/15 start
