Facility & Assignment
Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital
Cross-credentialing at Memorial Hermann Greater Heights
Must be comfortable working at both locations
6-month assignment
Credentialing: approximately 90 days
January 2027 start

Schedule
4x10-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday, Full-time, No call, No weekends

Cases & Practice Model
Loose supervision
Broad adult case mix
General, Ortho, GYN, Urology, GI/Endo, ENT, Cosmetic, Neuro/Spine, Pain & Cardiology
Greater Heights also offers Vascular and Radiology
Blocks, spinals and epidurals not required
Regional skills welcome if desired and competent
Epic EMR
