CRNA Opening in Live Oak, TX

Job description

Dates: ASAP - ongoing

Credentialing timeline: 90 days

Length of contract: 1 year

Shift: M-F 4x10 (7am-5pm) with rotating day off. Need FULL TIME.

Medical Direction

Types of cases: General (23.2%), GI (24.9%), Ortho (16%), Gyn (9.2%), Urology (6%), Cardiology (7.5%), ENT (1.5%), Neuro/Spine (3.15%)

EMR: Medaxion Pulse

INCENTIVE BONUS: $1000 bonus upon completion of 160 hours per month. Must be contracted for full time to be eligible for the bonus. Applicable for 6 months and will end thereafter.

Number of operating rooms: 10

• NO Call or Weekends
