CRNA Needed in Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking 2–3 CRNAs for a hospital-based locum tenens opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas.

Start:** October 15, 2026
Duration:** Ongoing
Rate:** $225/hour all-inclusive

Schedule

* Monday–Friday
* 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
* 12s preferred
* No call
* No nights
* No weekends
* Minimum 3 weeks per month preferred

Cases

* Adult patients
* All case types
* Heavy Orthopedics and Spine
* Blocks required
* No OB or Cardiac
* Care-team model
* Epic EMR

Requirements

* Active Texas CRNA license
* Clean file required
* Temporary privileges may be requested for the October 15 start date
* HTPN credentialing required

Commitment

* 3-month commitment preferred
* Longer-term availability ideal
* Shorter commitments may be considered
