Job description
I have a CRNA locums need in Suffolk, VA offering four 10-hour night shifts per week. There’s some OB and Trauma, and while you need to be open to beeper call, they're expecting very little—potentially none at all.

✔ Listed Hours: 7p–7a — exact shift length to confirm
✔ Call: Must be open to beeper call; maximum 1–2 shifts/month and likely none
✔ Case Mix: Some OB & Trauma, primarily outpatient surgical coverage
✔ Procedures: CRNAs place epidurals, spinals & arterial lines
✔ Regional: No brachial plexus or other regional blocks
✔ Practice: CRNAs administer their own medications
✔ Assignment Length: 3 months with option to extend
✔ Credentialing: Approximately 90–120 days
✔ EMR: Cerner
✔ Travel & Housing: Included
✔ Malpractice: A+ rated coverage with tail included
✔ License: Active Virginia license required at submission
What your week actually looks like
You'll work a condensed four-night schedule with a mix that includes some OB and Trauma while independently handling your medications, epidurals, spinals, and arterial lines. You won't need to perform peripheral regional blocks. Beeper call technically needs to be part of your availability, but the current expectation is only 1–2 shifts per month at most—and the site believes you may not take call at all.
- 4x10 night schedule
- Minimal beeper call
- OB, trauma and regional skills
