WHAT YOUR DAY/WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

This is a large academic anesthesia environment with 33 main ORs, 16 offsite anesthesia locations, 12 outpatient surgery ORs, and additional GI coverage.

You'll work alongside a substantial team of CRNAs, attending anesthesiologists, and anesthesia residents. The client needs consistent weekly availability rather than alternating weeks on and off, with both 4×10 and 3×12 scheduling options available.

Despite the Level I Trauma setting, CRNAs aren't expected to cover open heart/thoracic, pediatric anesthesia, OB, or peripheral nerve blocks.

CRNA with at least two years of experience who wants exposure to a large academic and Level I Trauma environment while avoiding several common locums deal-breakers. Recent inpatient, academic, or trauma experience is preferred, and consistent weekly availability is important.
