📍 Position Details:
• Start Date: Anticipated June 2026 (earlier start possible with full-time night availability; pending credentialing ~60 days)
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia department
• Coverage Type: Scheduled coverage (no call)
• Schedule/Shift Details:
– Nights: 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
– Days: 8- or 10-hour shifts (10s preferred)
– Availability Needed: Days, Nights, and Weekends
– Minimum Commitment: 2 weeks per month
– Ideal Commitment: Full-time (4 weeks per month)
• Schedule Structure: Variable, dependent on coverage gaps
• Patient Population: Adults and healthy pediatric patients
• EMR: Epic
📋 Call Details:
• Call Requirement: None — all shifts are fully staffed in-house
🩺 Clinical Details:
• Case Mix:
– ENT
– General Surgery
– GI Endoscopy
– GYN
– OB (required)
– Orthopedics
– Podiatry
– Urology
– Vascular
– Robotic procedures
– Healthy pediatric cases
• Expected Experience:
– Cardiac
– Complete orthopedics
– OB
– Pediatric
– Regional
– Thoracic
• Not Required:
– Complex vascular
– Head/spine
– Neuro
– Medically supervised care team model

📋 Requirements:
• Board Certification: NBCRNA required
• State License: Active Washington CRNA license, open to licensing (We can license you!)
• Experience: OB required; pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts

IMPORTANT
🌙 Nights and weekends are heavily needed
