Patient Population: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center & Hospital
Responsibilities: Anesthesia coverage across three hospitals located within approximately 5 minutes of each other, with most coverage in the Main ORs/Memorial
Required Procedures: General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, thoracic, pediatrics, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Not specified
Days Per Month: Flexible; 3 FTE positions available
On-Call/Weekends: No call; willing to work weekends, but not weekends only

Requirements:
NBCRNA Board Certification
Active West Virginia License
ACLS,BLS & PALS
WV CSR - Required
