Job description

A hospital-based CRNA opportunity in Lancaster, Wisconsin is available for ongoing coverage starting May. This role offers a full-scope practice with OB, blocks, and general cases, plus a structured call rotation.

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM + call
Call Rotation:
Week 1: 1st call
Week 2: 2nd call
Week 3: Off

Hospital-based
Small team: 3 CRNAs total
EMR: Epic
Case Mix
OB (epidurals)
General surgery
Orthopedics
Nerve blocks required
Volume
~7 cases per weekday (split between 2 CRNAs)
~1,800 annual OR cases
Call Details
1st Call: Covers nights, weekends, and primary call responsibilities
2nd Call:
Often in-house during the day
Rarely called in after hours
Supports if volume increases
3rd CRNA: Off
Occasional support for:
ER or med-surg intubations (rare)

Requirements
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
BLS, ACLS, PALS required
NRP preferred
Comfortable with full-scope practice including OB and blocks
