Urgent CRNA Need in Winona, MN!
Start Date: ASAP – February (Will accommodate end of January if credentialing allows)
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Shift Details: Mon-Fri with call and weekend call
Schedule:
(8hr shifts) One block of 10hr – Open to candidate for 10hr
Weekday call
Weekend/holiday call (typically 1 in 6)
Must be available for on-call duty in 30 minutes or less.

Work Details:
Support staff: 3-4 CRNA on shift Friday 2 peds CRNA on Fridays
Amount of coverage needed per month: 2FTE
Patients per day: Busy OR between all specialist Heavy days will manage 3-5 cases depending on OR case load
Patient population/age: Light peds (Dental and lappy) – Adult and elderly
Department description: 4 core Ors, Dedicated Endo room, Dedicated C suite, 1 flop room. Have a DaVinci Robot for General and OB
EMR: Cerner/Oracle
Hospital bed size: 49 bed
Special procedures: Ortho(total joints and neuro spine, sports), General, Plastics, Cosmetic & Reconstruction, Podiatry, OB, Eye Surgery (cataracts)
C-sections per year? 35-50 per year
Skills required:
REQUIRED: Nerve blocks, OB, General, Spinals
Peds Exp Preferred.
CRNA based model. No MD oversight
Experience in Rural Health is a major plus


Practice Setting: Hospital – Rural (Will see a mix of cases)

Board Certification: NBCRNA
License required: MN Required
DEA: Yes
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Neonatal Resuscitation
Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: Board meetings are at the end of the month. Shooting for Jan board meeting.

OT: $ 1.5x normal rate
