Locum Anesthesiologist for Deland, Florida

Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days *will attempt for temps*
Start: April 1 or before
Shift: Weekend beeper call shifts, starting at 7 pm on Friday
through Monday at 7 am.
Call back details: OCCASIONAL WEEKEND WORK call back (i.e., 8a-1 pm)

T&E: Per policy and need
Reimbursement Model: The model will be through reimbursement only based on the USAP reimbursement policy (economy car, no AirBNB type residence unless rate including all taxes and fees is less than or equal to an average nightly hotel stay). The high season of Jan-March is $250/night and the rest of the year is $150/night. This is to be all inclusive of fees and taxes. They are welcome to spend over this, but we will only reimburse up to this amount. Even if they haven't reached their full cap. There will also be reimbursement caps based on the individuals situation.

Independent practice - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SOLO
Must have 2 years experience
Must have clean file
Types of cases: BREAD AND BUTTER; ORTHO; GI; GS; PODIATRY; UROLOGY (adult and geriatric no peds)
EMR: EPIC
