Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a locum assignment at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Florida.

Assignment Details
-Specialty: Anesthesiology
-Start Date: September 8
-Contract Length: 13 weeks
-Coverage Needed: 1 week in September and 1 week in November
-Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days

Schedule
-8–10 hour shifts
-Cases typically begin at 7:30 AM

Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center

Clinical Details
-Adult patient population
-Approximately 20–22 cases per day
-EMR: Paper
-Case mix includes: Orthopedics, Plastics, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, ENT, GYN, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology, Regional blocks required as needed

Required Skills
-Strong regional anesthesia skills
-Experience supervising CRNAs
-Ability to perform regional blocks

Requirements
-Board Certified
-Active Florida medical license, willing to license
-Active DEA registration
