Anesthesiology NOCTURNIST Needed in Asheville, NC (will license)

5, Night (8 Hours) 17:00 - 8:00

26 week assignment

Work Details:
Duration: 6 months, possibly longer, until able to backfill MD positions with W2 employees.

Does physician need Board Certification: BE or BC
Average Number of CV cases per day: 10-15
Average Number of general cases per month: 3500-4000
Case Mix: Busy OB, trauma, designated stroke center, vascular, neuro, urology, ortho
Must be able to do peripheral nerve blocks
General Anesthesia Shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s. No call is needed.

· Support Staff: 1 MD, 3 CRNA; or 1 MD, 4 CRNA
· Department Description: Care Team Model: Yes, mainly supervisory but MDs can work their own cases if preferred.
· EMR: Cerner and AIMS
· Special Procedures: General, Ortho, Endo, Urology, GYN, Robotics, Neuro/Spine. Very little Peds. **Must be able to do peripheral nerve block**
* No craniotomies or transplants. There is a dedicated team to trauma and cardiac. There may be potential for vascular.

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and lodging. No stipend. Must submit receipts for reimbursement.

Requirements:
· License Required: Active NC license to start credentialing

Credential Timeframe - 90 days, ASAP
