Schedule: 4, Night (10 hours) 19:00- 7:00

Case Types: General , Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, OB- for cardiac do NOT need to have a fellowship nor do they need to do TEEs.

MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4
MDs doing their own cases: No

Requirements:
Board Certification or Fellowship Required?: Yes

Travel details:
Lodging/housing allowance: $110/day
Car rental/mileage allowance: $250/week

Estimated Privileging Timeframe: 90 days
