• Pay Range: $350–$370/hr
• Credentialing: Temporary privileges available; full enrollment 90–120 days if working 6+ months

🕐 Schedule
• Monday–Friday coverage — no weekends, no call
• Shifts may include a mix of:
o 7:00a–3:00p
o 7:00a–5:00p
o 7:00a–7:00p
• Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour schedules depending on coverage needs

💼 Clinical Details
• Setting: 6 ORs, 2 Endoscopy, 2 GI suites
• Patient Population: Adults
• Charting: Cerner
• Procedures:
o Ortho
o Neuro
o ENT
o GI including Bronchs & Endos
o Cardiac preferred but not required
• Supervision Model: TBD
• New grads considered

• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active IN license preferred (willing to license)
• Certifications: BLS required
• Credentialing: Temp privileges can be expedited for shorter assignments
