All remaining docs to start by February 3
Requirements:

Must be IA or IMLC licensed and able to credential and start quickly
2 years of experience required (or less with IA license, negotiable)
Must be able to provide provider name and NPI number for credentialing
Candidates must be MDs (CRNAs are not being considered at this time)
Must be willing to work in environments such as 13 ORs, 5 Endo suites, and 2 ASCs (10 miles from the main hospital)
Credentialing turnaround is 4 weeks (shorter for IA/IMLC licensed)
Must be open to trauma cases (about 700 per year) and agricultural accidents
Available for occasional weekend and overnight call shifts
Must be able to handle a high case volume: 1,200 cases per month
Job Details:

Location: Hospital with a mix of OR, Endo, and ASC facilities
13 ORs, 5 Endo suites, and 2 ASCs
Focus on MDs (no CRNAs at this time)
1,200 cases per month with about 700 trauma cases per year
Blunt force and agricultural accident trauma cases
No CRNA involvement; looking for MDs only
Call Details:

Must be available for occasional call (weekend and overnight shifts)
Call schedules:
1 x Cardiac: 1500-0700
General: 1500-0700
Share call duties with a group of other docs
Work Schedules:

Mon-Fri, 06:30-17:30 (4 10-hour shifts) – 4 docs for this schedule, start time at 07:00
Mon-Fri, 06:30-15:30 (5 8-hour shifts) – 18 docs for this schedule, start time at 07:00
