41 ORs, flexible 10–14 hr shifts, and in-house call — Anesthesiology opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky starting May. Must live 50+ miles from the facility.

Quick Snapshot:
• Start Date: May 18, 2026
• Contract Length: 1 year
• Schedule Options: Monday – Friday, 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts available
• Call: Weekday and weekend call available but not required
*Physician Call is required- Call is in House, there isn't any beeper call except for Cardiac
• Minimum Availability: 2 weeks per month
• Setting: Acute care hospital
• OR Capacity: 41 operating rooms
• Care Team Structure: Mix of hands on anesthesia and supervision. Physicians are approximately 75% hands on and 25% supervision
• EMR: Epic
• Cases: OB, general surgery, GYN, ENT, orthopedics, cardiac, neuro, urology
• Hospital Size: 519 beds

Requirements:
• Board Certification: ABA
• Medical License: Kentucky (Open to Licensing)
• Minimum 3 years of experience (5+ preferred)
• Must live 50+ miles from facility
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
