Job description

- Prefer 5- 7 day blocks - alternating 24 hour OR call and surgery center days. OR call during weekends.
- Call is beeper.
- Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient.
- Types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility: Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, OB.
- Required Specialty Skills: General Anesthesia, Adult, Trauma, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Obstetrical Cases, Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Epidural steroid for Lumbar, Epidural steroid for Cervical, Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, CRNA supervision.
- Preferred Specialty Skills: Pediatric, Thoracic cases (except open heart), Lumbar, Cervical, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, PA Catheter placement.
- Required Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS.
- Licensed in MS or IMLC.
- EMR: Epic.
- Credentialing: 120 days.
