About the clinician's workday
This position involves a wide range of cases, including vascular, trauma, neurosurgery, thoracic, GI, orthopedics, and interventional radiology, contributing to a high-volume department performing over 40,000 anesthetics annually. The schedule is approximately 40-50 hours per week, typically 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with inpatient care exclusively. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible within five years, with subspecialty experience in pediatrics, cardiac critical care, regional, or obstetrics preferred. A clean record with no medical malpractice history is required, and EPIC is the EMR system in use.
