Aya Locums is seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide scheduled, no-call coverage at a busy ambulatory surgical center in New York. This assignment offers steady daytime hours, a strong orthopedic and pain-management case mix, and an opportunity to work in a streamlined, high-performing ASC environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: December 22, 2025
• Contract Length: Short-term coverage
• Schedule: Day shift only
• Shift Structure: Five 8-hour days, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Additional Notes: Standard daytime schedule; no call required

Work Details
• Specialty: Anesthesiology
• Case Mix: Primarily orthopedics, spine, and pain management
• Average Volume: ~11 cases per day
• Setting: ASC with 3 operating rooms
• Team Model:
o Solo MD
o Or MD supervising CRNAs when multiple rooms are running
• Skills Required: Must be proficient in regional blocks (upper & lower extremities)

Requirements
• License: Active New York medical license required
• Board Certification: Required in Anesthesiology
• Minimum Experience: Prior ortho and pain-related anesthesia experience preferred; strong regional block skills required
