On call:
Weeknight call starts after 8 hour shift
Weekend call is required
Call is beeper (not in house)

Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4
Are MDs supervising CRNAs?: Yes
What is the MD to CRNA ratio?: 1 to 4
Are MDs doing their own cases?: Anesthesiologist is not doing their own cases during regular shift, but will do own cases when on call.

Board Certification req'd
Willing to license: No
Estimated Privileging Timeframe: 45 days

Travel:
Lodging allowance: $110/day
Car rental/mileage allowance: $250/week
