Perm Physician – Cardiac Anesthesiology

*Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist** to join a well-established, high-volume cardiac anesthesia practice in **Upstate New York**. This permanent opportunity offers the chance to provide anesthesia care for complex cardiac and vascular procedures in a physician-only practice with no CRNA supervision.

**Practice Highlights**

* High-volume inpatient heart center with **30 operating rooms**
* **6–8 cardiac surgical cases per day** across the practice
* Adult and geriatric cardiac and vascular procedures, including CABG, valve replacements, and complex cardiac repairs
* **No CRNA supervision**
* No OB or trauma cases
* Collaborative team of experienced cardiac surgeons and anesthesia providers

**Schedule**

* **Position Type:** Permanent, Full-Time
* Flexible **8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts**
* **Call:** 1:5 rotation
* **First Call:** Every 8th night
* **Second Call:** None

**Qualifications**

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
* Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship **or** ECHO Board Certification
* Active or eligible for a **New York Medical License**
* BLS, ACLS, and PALS required before start
* H-1B visa candidates welcome (J-1 waiver not available)
