I have a locum anesthesiology opportunity with multiple locations across Pennsylvania, offering $305–$350/hr and no call for most dates. This is a great holiday block coverage option across Elk, Clearfield, DuBois, and Brookville, with fast credentialing available for clean files.

📍 Assignment Overview
• Location: Multiple sites in Pennsylvania (Elk, Clearfield, DuBois, Brookville)
• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• Contract Length: Through January 2026 (select dates)
• Pay Range: $325–$350/hr
o $500/night beeper call ; $2300 per 24-hour weekend call with 2 hours gratis
• Credentialing: Temps available in 1–2 weeks for clean files (full privileges 60–90 days)

• 11/24–11/26, 11/28 – Elk & Clearfield locations
o Closed for Thanksgiving 11/27
• Elk: 12/22–24, 26 | 12/29–31, 1/2
• DuBois: 12/29–31, 1/2 (includes 12/31 night call)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:45a–3:15p (or until last case finishes)
• No weekend call for these dates.

💼 Clinical Details
• Facility Type: Float Pool across 4 community hospitals
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
• Case Types:
o Bread and Butter General Anesthesia
o ENT, GYN, Plastics, Endo, Urology, Ortho, Vascular
o Neuro and Thoracic at DuBois only (trauma center)
o OB only at DuBois
o No heads, no hearts, no OB at smaller sites
• Case Volume:
o DuBois: avg 40 cases/day (including Endo)
o Smaller hospitals: much lower volume
• Staffing: CRNA at each location; 4 MDs and 15–18 CRNAs daily at DuBois
• Hospital Sizes:
o DuBois – 272 beds (busy trauma center)
o Clearfield – 50 beds
o Brookville – 35 beds
o Elk – 163 beds
• EMR: Cerner

📋 Requirements
• Board Certification: Required (Anesthesiology)
• License: Active PA license (IMLC accepted) – quick start preferred
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS
• DEA: Required
• Experience: 2+ years
• Credentialing: Temps in 1–2 weeks for clean files

This is a solid holiday coverage assignment with a mix of bread and butter cases and some trauma work at DuBois. It’s perfect for anesthesiologists who enjoy variety and flexibility across multiple sites.
