Schedule: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00AM-3:30PM

On call: Optional

Cases: Ortho, General B+B. Rare Peds. OB negotiable. No Neuro/Heads.

Facility details:
Charting: EPIC, including intra-op
12 Rooms
Supervision: 2-3: 1, opportunity for own cases, but not mandatory.
Must be able to Supervise CRNA’s

Requirements:
Board Certification req'd
Willing to license: No
Estimated Privileging Timeframe: 90

Travel:
Car Rental/Mileage allowance- $250/week
Lodging/Housing allowance- $110/Day
