Specialty: Anesthesiologist
Start Date: 6/2
Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: nights
Schedule: 4 - 16-hour night shifts, 3p-7a

Work Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 1-4 weeks per month
• Patient population/age: all ages
• EMR: Epic
• Skills required: MAC, Regional, Spinal, US techniques

Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE
• License required: PA or IMLC LOQ
• DEA: no
• Certifications required: ACLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years preferred
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
