About the clinician's workday

The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia care across 12 hospital operating rooms and 7 ASC operating rooms managing approximately 19,000 annual cases including 1,800 deliveries. The clinician will work in a medical direction model supervising 17 CRNAs while maintaining 50% hands-on patient involvement during structured day shifts with mandatory call coverage. Call responsibilities include weekday 6AM-6AM coverage with guaranteed post-call day off and weekend 6AM-6AM Friday-Sunday coverage with post-call Monday off. The position requires board certification and Tennessee medical licensure with 60-90 day credentialing timeframe while utilizing Cerner EMR systems transitioning to Epic for comprehensive patient documentation and care coordination.
