Job description

• Assignment: 6 months with possibility to extend
• Start: ASAP
• Shift Type: Full-time, flexible 10- or 12-hour shifts
• Call: None required; optional call and weekends available if desired
• Practice Model: Medical Direction; provider must be comfortable doing solo cases
• Cases: General, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Ortho, Urology, GYN
• Skills Required: Must perform spinals and epidurals
• EMR: Epic
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS; Board Certified required
• Licensure: Texas
• Cross-Credentialing: 1 site
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
