Anesthesiology Physician Needed in Dallas, TX

Job description

Schedule:
5 shifts/week
Gave 30 day notice to off board
Open to taking 2 providers 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
Need 1 FTE through the end of August
10 or 12 hour shifts only
630a-430 M-F
Wed 7:30-530
Guaranteed 50 hours/week not daily GH
OT after 50 hours/week
Pay starts at 6:30 sharp - cases start at 7a and 8a in the week
Scheduling: creates schedule 90 days out

Practice:
General cases, No hearts, no heads, no peds, no chests. Minimal trauma, ENT - if they want heads and hearts they can work them (no differential in pay for any cases outside of general)
Cred time: 30-45 days
No call
Supervising ratio 1:2-1:4
