Facility & Assignment
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth
Start: October 2026
Assignment through January 31, 2027
Credentialing: 60–90 days, with temporary privileges requested
Full-time coverage needed

Schedule
5x12-hour shifts weekly, Facility will consider 4x12s, Monday-Friday, No call, No weekends
Travel & expenses may be considered based on need

Cases & Practice Model
Independent practice with some potential care team model
Must be comfortable working independently
Must be able to perform standard blocks and spinals
Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, Ortho Spine, Urology, GI, Minor Vascular & Breast
Must be comfortable with EP cases and spine
No Pediatrics, Craniotomies or Cardiac cases
Epic EMR

• 4-5x12s | Monday-Friday | No Call or Weekends
• Independent Practice | Blocks & Spinals
• October Start | Assignment Through Jan. 31, 2027
