Anesthesiology night float opportunity in Newport News, Virginia available.

This is a 13-week assignment offering a consistent in-house night schedule with a strong anesthesia team model.

Schedule:

• Night float, in-house
• 7:00pm – 7:00am
• 5 shifts per week
• On-call required
• Start: May 2026
• 13-week assignment

Practice Details:

• Acute Care Hospital setting
• Case mix includes: General, OB, Neuro, and Ortho
• Supervision model – MD ratio 1:4
• MDs both supervise and perform their own cases
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days (emergency privileges available)

Requirements:

• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Active state license (licensing not available)
