About the clinician's workday

The cardiovascular diseases nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive cardiac care across inpatient and outpatient settings with weekly rotation schedule. Responsibilities include managing 8-15 hospitalized patients and 15-18 clinic patients per day, conducting cardiovascular assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team. The clinician will work 4 x 10-hour day shifts with prescriptive authority and board certification requirements. The position involves device clinic management and collaboration with dedicated device clinic staff.
