Locums Richland, WA Cardiology NP, stress test experience required ________________________________________________________________ SCHEDULE • Coverage Type: Inpatient • Schedule Type: Inpatient Hours and Call • Call Type: Weekend beeper Call • Schedule (per week): 8 hours call Saturday and Sunday every 3rd week. • Dates of Need: As soon as privileged for 3 Months • Shift Times: 0730-1600 • Lunch N/A unpaid • Provider Min # Shifts Required: Full Time coverage • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40 per week • Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.

CREDENTIALING • Current CV Must be uploaded to bid • License: Active or IMLC • DEA Required: Yes • Boards: BC • Skills/Certs: must have cardiac stress testing knowledge and experience. • Other:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Looking for full time coverage from one Cardiology NP stress test experience required. Provider will work M-F, 730-1600 with weekend beeper call, On Call 8 hours Saturday and Sunday, every 3rd weekend. Assignment will start as soon as provider obtains hospital privileges (30-90 day timeframe) and will work for 3 months.
