Cardiology PA assignment in Newton MA - summer start!

Job description

We are currently seeking a cardiology PA for an opportunity in Newton, MA.

✅Setting: Acute care hospital
✅Shifts: 4x10 - Mon through Fri
✅Unit Description: General Cardiology—Inpatient only. The reason for the need is Maternity Leave starting August 1. The staffing coverage is 2 or 3 PAs with 1 attending physician. The locum would be seeing new consults and follow ups. No procedures. The consult service is for hospitalist team. There is no dedicated cardiac unit. Ther is a mix of patient care and care coordination.
✅ Work details:
• Practice Setting: hospital
• EMR/Charting Software: epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 5-6
• Patient Age Group: adult
✅ Credentialing timeframe: 4 months

Requirements:
📌 MA state license
📌Active DEA
📌1 year of experience
