Feb 20 night call (5pm-7am)
Feb 21,22 7a-7a 24 hour beeper call
March 2 night call (5pm-7am)
March 5 night call (5pm-7am)
March 20 night call (5pm-7am)
March 21,22 7a-7a 24 hour beeper call
March 30 night call (5pm-7am)
April 2 night call (5pm-7am)

Weeknight and weekend call 1:4 - this is REQUIRED and expected

• Typically have 4 vascular PA first assists working 4 10-hr shifts.
• Full days on weekdays and be part of weeknight call coverage rotation.
• They also rotate weekend call coverage, Fri evening through Mon morning.
• When on weekend call, will round with vascular surgeon 1x on Saturday and 1x Sunday in mornings.
• Daily, they typically have 2 of them doing surgeries (2-6 per day) while the others round on patients (10-20 inpatient).

Work Details:
• Patients per day: 10-20 inpatient
• Patient Population/Age: adult
• Department Description: Grant is a Level 1, busy trauma facility. Can sometimes be involved in trauma cases. Strongly prefer someone with trauma hospital experience.
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Bed size: 434 beds, level 1
• Typical Work: Vein harvesting, Arteriovenous, Aortagrams, Bypasses, Angiograms, Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE), T-Bars, B-Bars, TAAs, Endovascular, Discharge orders, rounding, floating from OR to the floor.

• Board Certification: Certified
• License Required: OH License
• DEA: unknown
• CSR: no
• Certifications Preferred: none
• Certifications Required: ACLS
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year.
Credentialing Timeframe: emergency privs available
