Cardiologist needed outside of Pittsburg

Job description

• Start date: 12/28/2024- Will expedite privs for Dec 28th start
• Support staff: Supported by APPs. APP/Mid-Level coverage available 7a-4:30p
• Coverage Type: Non-invasive inpatient cardiologist M-F at UPMC East Jan through July 2025 to cover inpatient rounding
• Schedule Details: There is a need for an inpatient rounder Saturday and Sunday 12/28 and 12/29 - we will not have any other weekends outside of 12/28 & 29, everything else Mon-Friday. Shared rounding and inpatient cardiology consults with physician/inpatient APP providers M-F approximately 7:30a-5p. Inpatient testing shared with the group and assigned in advance during usual hospital hours. This includes reading of echocardiograms and stress test. No call expected. tests and echo. CHF, CP, MI, Afib, hypertensive urgency
