Locum General Cardiologist needed in Pennsylvania

Job description

Location: Central Pennsylvania,
Start Date: ASAP. Ideally no later than 8/3/26
Rate: Hourly
Expenses: Flight, Lodging, Rental Car and/or Mileage if driving/local
Duration: 60 days to start. This is for ongoing coverage due to absence, so end date is currently unknown.
Work Schedule: M-F 8A-5P
Call Schedule: Not required but could be available for those who prefer it. They have 3 different components to call – weeknight (lowkey), weekend, and during the day hospital call
Setting: Outpatient
# of Openings: Up to 3 depending on coverage availability (will consider locums who can only do 1-2 weeks/month)
Patient Volume: 10-12
Staffing Mix/Support: Nursing, MAs, and APP daily support
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing Info: Can get emergency privileges for a clean file
Additional Info:
Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting.
Must have active PA license or IMLC at the time of presentation.
Must include work availability in presentation
Must have clean file.
Skills Needed (note in presentation): General consults cardio, read ECHO, halter monitors, ECGs. TEE not required unless they’re covering call for the hospital (not a must have – see above call note)
