Avg 15-18 patients per day
Inpatient and Outpatient coverage
Level 2 trauma facility
ASAP permanent need 
Can apply with ANY state license- We buy WA license while credentialing 
$540,000 base (Plus incentive of up to $60,000 in quality)

Contract is base plus upside, additional $64.80 base + $7.20 quality) available after meeting threshold of 8,333 WRvu’s
