Job description

A long-term General Cardiology locums opportunity is available in Washington for a physician looking for consistent, low-frequency coverage. This assignment requires just one week per month with an ongoing need for approximately 9 months.

Assignment Details:
Coverage: 1 week per month
Start: ASAP / as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Approximately 9 months
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 10-hour shifts

Practice Setting:
Adult patient population
EMR: Epic
Average 8–10 patients per day
Rounding and admissions
APC support available Monday–Saturday

Clinical Scope:
General inpatient cardiology
Cardioversions
TEEs – approximately 2–4 per shift

Requirements:
MD/DO
Recent General Cardiology clinical experience
Must provide case logs demonstrating cardiovascular disease services within the previous 24 months
Washington license, IMLC accepted
Licensing assistance may be considered depending on start timeline
ACLS and BLS required
