Job description
Alliance Work Partners (AWP) is a non-profit Employee Assistance Program (EAP) based in Austin, TX. We are seeking fully licensed counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) licensed for at least one year to join our provider network.
AWP connects you with local clients from companies in your area who are specifically seeking in-person counseling. Providers must have their own office to deliver services.
Services & Rates
• Short-term, solution-focused counseling: $80/session
• CISD (if applicable): $130/hour
• SAP assessments (if applicable): $350/case
Responsibilities
• Provide in-person counseling to children, teens, adults, and/or seniors
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT and other modalities)
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
• Provide specialized support as needed (trauma, grief, addiction, ASD/DD, crisis, etc.)
Requirements
• Fully licensed for 1+ year
• Ability to see clients in-person
• Must have your own office
• Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and documentation standards
